Hello my name is Kyler Ortiz. I am a student at Washington State University. I am primarily Mexican and Czechoslovakian. This blog will be used for my com 210 class. I’ve lived all my life in the pacific northwest in the Snohomish county. I am 22 years old studying data analytics to be an actuary. My long-term career goals are to pass the actuarial exams and become a full fledged actuary. Short term I am looking to get my bachelor of science degree to work towards taking the actuary exams. I enjoy video games, fishing, reading, listening to music and watching movies. My favorite movie genre is horror and I enjoy reading horror as well, currently reading through H.P Lovecraft stories. I recommend the movie “The void” 2016 if you like lovecraftian horror or even if you like suspense mystery type films, and for music Footprints by Warning off of the album Watching From a Distance.
